Tattoo Terms and Conditions

All tattoos are designed exclusively for you! Each design is 100% unique and will only be tattooed once.

If you fall in love with a design I have done, I will be happy to create a slightly different version just for you.

I do not tattoo designs from other artists unless I have written permission from the original creator and the design is done in a way that ensures longevity on the skin, not every design is suitable for tattooing and remains legible for a long time. Artistic integrity matters!

I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18 or pregnant/breastfeeding women; your health and safety are our top priority.

Each quote is valid for 30 days.

A deposit is required to book any appointment.

The deposit can be paid in cash at the shop counter or by bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, your appointment will only be guaranteed once proof of payment has been sent.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the final price of the tattoo.

The deposit is non-refundable.

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means that the deposit will be forfeited if you do not notify us within this time frame of your desire to change the date.

All shipments are made via registered mail, unless you select the “Pick Up” option.
If you choose to pick up your order, it is the buyer’s responsibility to collect the goods at the indicated address (Tattoo shop in Perth).

Returns are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 working days of receiving it.
If this timeframe is not respected, unfortunately, I won’t be able to offer a resolution.
